Data Deletion Instructions

NadlanCRM is operated by MenuWays Ltd. (HP 514231802), 1 Snonit st., Caesarea 3079127, Israel.

NadlanCRM processes two categories of personal data: Agent data (paying customers) and Lead data (users who submitted Lead Ad forms from Agents).

If you are an Agent (NadlanCRM customer)

1. Sign in to NadlanCRM.
2. Go to Settings > Account > Delete account.
3. Confirm.

All data, including Meta access tokens and stored leads, will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Alternative: Send an email to [email protected] from your account address with the subject "Account deletion". We respond within 5 business days.

If you are a lead (you filled out a Lead Ad form)

Your details were sent to the real estate Agent who placed the ad. To request deletion:

1. Contact the Agent directly, or
2. Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Lead deletion request". Include the full name, phone, and email you submitted.

We will locate your records, delete them, and notify the Agent within 14 days.
